Paediatric dentistry

The first months of life

Prevention begins at birth. Even before the first teeth erupt, it is important to keep the gums clean and gradually introduce the child to proper oral-hygiene routines.

When the first baby teeth appear, usually at around six months, the child may experience red gums, increased salivation, irritability and a desire to bite objects.

To ease this discomfort, we recommend using a silicone finger brush, which can gently clean and massage the gums, providing relief during teething and encouraging early familiarity with oral hygiene.
